    A very definite international reach

    Sorbonne University's human and logistical potential, as well as the joint partnerships of the Panthéon-Assas, Paris-Sorbonne and Pierre et Marie Curie Universities, provides it with a very definite international reach and promotes its students' international mobility.

    Sorbonne University has developed 2,500 exchange programmes, including 1,555 Erasmus programmes. Its aims are to:

         - broadening current cooperation agreements,
         - reinforcing its partnership with major international establishments,
         - developing joint actions, such as educational and scientific exchanges,
         - providing centralised support to foreign students and researchers during their stay in France

    Sorbonne University sets up selected partnerships with institutions in seven regions in the world (India, China, Brazil, South Africa, United States of America, Singapore and Abu Dhabi) in order to establish a new tradition in dynamic exchange programmes, to increase the two-way flow of graduates, PhD students and researchers and to expand cross-disciplinary cooperation.
