Sorbonne summer session, June 29–July 24, 2015

Sorbonne University offers course series and talks by research professors from its members, including Paris-Sorbonne University, which is hosting the 2015 session. This program is designed for students and research professors interested in discussing current research, and anyone who wishes to learn at one of Europe’s most prestigious universities.

Sorbonne University offers course series and talks by research professors from its members, including Paris-Sorbonne University, which is hosting the 2015 session. This program is designed for students and research professors interested in discussing current research, and anyone who wishes to learn at one of Europe’s most prestigious universities. 

  • Course series

Courses are held for one week, either in the morning (9:30 am to 12:30 pm) or the afternoon (2:00 to 5:00 pm). Students may register for one or more courses (11 maximum). Courses in French and/or English are offered by research professors from multiple Sorbonne University member institutions.

  • Talks

In 2015, all talks are related to the theme of: “Man’s relationship to his environment: history, permanency, and transformations.”
Length: 1.5 hours, in the evening
