The 2016 Art and Science Contest is coming up!

Looking to express your vision of science through art, with imagination and creativity? You have until October 16 to take part in the Art and Science contest organized by the Doc’Up and Docteurs UPMC associations. The contest is open to PhD students, doctorates in all disciplines and the staff of Sorbonne University.

This year for the sixth such event, get inspired by our theme, “REFLECTION,” and submit your work until October 16 on the website dedicated to the contest.

Following the call for applications, some 20 designs will be shortlisted to be exhibited at various Sorbonne University sites. The works will then be put to a vote by Internet users for the Public award, as well as by a jury of professionals from the worlds of art and science for the Jury prize.

The closing ceremony will take place on December 1, 2016 at the UPMC. On this occasion, the Jury and Public awards will be handed out. Each participant will receive a printed version of his/her work.
